"MERAKI"

GAYA SMUKI'18 - Meraki entails the historical trials and tribulations of an Ahchnese heroine, CUT NYAK DHIEN. Her journey towards becoming a warrior embodies themes of war, love, and womanhood amidst tumultuous times under Dutch colonial rule.

I participated as part of the backstage costume team, alongside with 2 group leaders and 11 members. We did a research for each of the character's traditional costumes and coordinating for each of the actors, vocals, and dancers on every scene. We also did designing and matching with hairstyles, shoes and accessories. It was a fun and a memorable experience!
