A Passion for Fashion.

Born and raised in Surabaya, Indonesia, Jessica Hartono pursues her study of fashion design in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. During her study, she is active in competitions and community. She is very passionate in fashion as she is trying to achieve her dream to become a successful fashion designer. During her study in NAFA, she developed an interest in handworks including embroidery and beadings. This is one of the reasons why she took an internship that leads her into a part-time at Tiara Bridal, as a fashion design assistant. In her time of internship, she did a lot of measurements taking, fabric selection, cutting lace, lace patchwork, beading, and sewing, alteration measurements, serve clients alongside with her co-worker mentor designer. The days of an intern were full of excitement and challenging experience.

After successfully graduated Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Fashion at NAFA AY2019/20, Jessica is currently interning at R.S.V.P PR & lifestyle communications agency, Singapore. Landing as a Social Media & Marketing Intern in a busy international agency as her first career awakens her calling to utilize creativity in other ways that she is thrilled to further develop. Fashion is still, and will always be her interest, however, she is an experienced creative team player who is keen to explore her skills and gain experience in as much possible.
